Professional tool for radiological case management
The creation of RadSafegallery arises from the need or desire to keep an organized archive of radiological cases, which can be used to review, remember, show, verify and share images and diagnoses that, in some way, we consider valuable.
There are expensive commercial programs that could serve this purpose, but in addition to their high price they require installation on our computers, for which in many workplaces it is necessary to request permits that must be renewed each time the computer is updated. There are also other lighter and free web applications that in my opinion do not meet the minimum needs.

RadSafegallery was born with the aim of solving this problem and ensuring that with very few mouse clicks we have a risk-free visual gallery of radiological cases that we can review on any of our devices and share with whomever we want.
The recommended workflow is to anonymize the image in your workstation, crop an image or composition of images with Windows+Shift+S and then press the green button, fill in the desired data and press "save changes". You can also create other types of notes such as text notes, links or save small files. You will be able to summarize texts with AI and extract text from images with OCR. In text notes you can also ask AI to suggest tags.

The field titled "case number" has been included in case someone wants to save an identifier field (Id). For security, it is stored encrypted with a master password that only you will know. You must save it in a safe place because if you lose it, you will lose access to the case numbers you have previously created. You can reset the password to use the case number field again, but you will not recover the case numbers created with the previous password. The decrypted case number will only be visible to you even if you share the note with your team. We have added a "study date" field and a "station" field to be able to recover a case if you have lost access to the case number. The same password will also be required for exporting cases. The information is stored on Base44 servers.
It is expected that the beta phase will have a long duration (perhaps even permanent).
If you decide to try it at any time and get tired or decide to leave, you will be able to export all your cases to an HTML or JSON format file to be able to reuse them with other applications. You will be the owner and sovereign of your notes and you will have the freedom to leave and take them with you. You can export them and save backup copies of them. In the same way you can import your previous cases if you have them in a JSON or ENEX format file. I encourage you to try it and I hope you like it.
